“MIROPLAST” plant installed three new extruders at the place of production

Recently the “MIROPLAST” company being one of the members of the “Alef” corporation reported on its plans to invest more than 60 mln UAH into production and warehouse infrastructure before the end of 2020.

As of the end of August the company already implemented the part of the investment plan and brought three new extruders into operation within the territory of the plant in Dnipro city.
New extruders from the German company Weber, one of the leading global producers of the extruding equipment, are characterized by low power consumption and operate under the principles of green technologies.

Currently 31 extruding lines operate at the “MIROPLAST” plant.

“Timely outfitting of the production with new equipment will enable the company to cope with peak seasonal loads. We also plan to upgrade the warehouse infrastructure later”, the management of the company commented on.

It is worth reminding that “MIROPLAST” company started its activity in 2006 and it increases the volume of output and improves the plant’s infrastructure with each new window season. In particular, the company reached the record sales levels for two months in a row, in June and July 2020, in the course of its existence.

Currently MIROPLAST is a leader in the market of PVC-profile systems in Ukraine. The energy-efficient 6- and 5-chambered profile systems are produced under leading TM WDS. The windows from the system WDS 7S passed a test at the window institute ift Rosenheim successfully. The company also produces the window sill under the trade mark WDS since 2013.
The products of TM WDS are presented in more than 500 points of sale all over Ukraine, in particular, in the chain of the brand showrooms and authorized partners.

MIROPLAST also develops the export sales into CIS countries, Balkan countries, as well as Italy, Portugal, Peru and South Korea.
