Alef Corporation is a business incorporation of companies, the corporate strategy of which is based on continuous improvement of processes and introduction of innovations. The Corporation’s enterprises are equipped with the powerful production facilities: the incorporation includes the largest plants of Ukraine and Eastern Europe in their segments.

The growth vector of the Company is aimed at several industries such as: development, agricultural business, and manufacturing of medical products, building materials and seamless pipes.

Development

Alef Estate Company is changing the appearance of Dnipro City. A special approach of the developer is a comprehensive reconstruction of neighborhoods, as well as creation of a high-quality infrastructure around its facilities.

Alef Estate transformed the central part of the city (MOST-City, New Center Shopping Mall, and Prism Business Center). It also created Katerynoslavskyi Boulevard with the adjacent multifunctional complexes CASCADE PLAZA and Enigma, and Bosphorus Shopping Mall.

Production

Most of the enterprises within the Corporation have a strong manufacturing base.

For example, the Corporation includes the largest manufacturers of Eastern Europe in their segments: – MIROPLAST (PVC-profile) and AXOR Industry (window and door accessories). The Corporation’s members are the plants that were the first to manufacture certain products in Ukraine (ABM Technology, Renta-Prim), as well as those, which invented a new product for the world (Potoky OEP: – protein sunflower concentrate).

Agricultural business

“Sady Dnipra” (ТМ UApple) Company, being part of the Corporation, exports its apples to more than 20 countries of the world. Moreover, the most powerful apple sorting automatic line in Ukraine operates at the enterprise, as well as the largest refrigerating storage facility in the country is under construction.

Vadym Iermolaiev is a well-known Ukrainian businessman and investor. He is called the main developer of Dnipro.

Vadym Iermolaiev is characterized by an innovative approach to doing business and unconventional thinking. The creation of innovative plants from scratch in Ukraine, attraction of foreign investments to the country, and formation of thousands of new jobs lie behind him.

Vadym Iermolaiev began his path in big business with the opening of Olvia-Beta Plant (1999) in cooperation with his Turkish partners, intended for production of household chemicals and hygiene products. In 2004, the Plant was repurchased by The Procter&Gamble Company, аnd the proceeds from sale of the enterprise were invested in new large-scale projects in the eastern region of Ukraine.

Stanislav Vilenskyi is a Ukrainian businessman, investor, Deputy Chairman of Alef Corporation Council.

In 1994, he and Vadym Iermolaiev jointly founded “Primus inter pares” Company, which was engaged in import of food products to Ukraine. Later, the Company grew into a corporation, where Stanislav Vilenskyi took the position of a deputy chairman.

The priority of the businessman’s activities is to attract state-of-the-art global technologies to Ukraine and increase the demand for Ukrainian products in the world market.
